MyByBox is a service that delivers your parcels to a secure electronic locker bank when you're not at home. It's a great company, but in late September 2010 they had a problem.

MyByBox had hired a video production company to produce a video for a big PR event at Kings Cross St Pancras. Two days before the video was due be shot and six before the final cut was needed, this company pulled out of the project, leaving the MyByBox team without an essential element of their marketing strategy.

6 days later the client was delivered the finished product and we also helped them find a photographer to shoot the event itself. They've told us that in future, we'll be the first port of call on every creative project they need to out-source.
